When it's released, I am guessing yes. I don't see any reason why not.

It's all up to the OEM and carrier. At best we can say that it should be capable of being upgraded, but whether it will be upgraded is in the hands of HTC and T-Mobile.

HTC seems to be good at offering upgrades, though.
